Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and documentation produced by Mandajaya Rekayasa Konstruksi remain our exclusive property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. This includes:
- Design documents and drawings
- Project specifications and plans
- Methodologies and processes
- Software and technical solutions
Any transfer of intellectual property rights must be explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Limitation of Liability
Mandajaya Rekayasa Konstruksi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
